I have a lipoma on the top of my right buttock (near the crack) about 1 inch in size and two growing above and below it that are less than 1cm each (three lipomas in total). The larger one I've had for several years but it has recently grown larger and has started to hurt when I sit down. There is pain in my buttock and occasionally the pain would shoot down my right leg. About how much would it be to get them removed? Would it be covered by insurance?
