Are there any procedures that can help thicken my skin that has become extremely thin to the point of nerve damage?

I am 27 year old and fair skinned. I purchased an anti aging eye cream that irritated the skin really bad. I made it worse by using excessive coconut oil. Since then, my eyes look veiny, they itch, it hurts to even be in the sun or put any creams on that I used to use, and I've developed ptosis. My case is bad, but im desperate. Is there any procedures at all that could thicken my skin in that area? Fillers, botox, laser anything??????

With the concerns you described it is best to begin with an evaluation of your skin before recommending any products or treatments.  It needs to be determined if there is damage to the skin or if you have a sensitivity to products.  There are treatments available to help build collagen in your skin and skin care products to help, but an assessment of your skin is the place to start.

A personal consultation to properly evaluate your specific situation. Generally speaking, once the skin barrier is completely repaired, there are different treatment options that can help thickened the skin around your eyes. For now, make sure your are using an SPF 40+ preferably a mineral one. Mineral sunscreens are less prone to eye irritation. Suspend the creams and oils you were previously using. 
Fractionated lasers, resurfacing lasers, microneedling with PRP/PRF could be treatments to look into if skin laxity is the issue. Again, a proper consultation will determine if this is the case or if it is a structural issue. For the second one, you may benefit from fillers (if you are a good candidate).
