Can lipo dissolve help lipodema fat in arms?

This drug is not FDA approved in the United States.
I do not recommend chemical fat destruction or injections to destroy fat cells for fat removal.
These procedures tend to be highly unpredictable, especially in comparison to well done Liposuction.
Liposuction is the gold standard and the best way to treat excess subcutaneous fat.
That said finding plastic surgeons who have mastered liposuction, especially difficult areas like extremities is not easy or straightforward.
 Regardless, I do not recommend chemical injections for destruction
