Hi, I'm 29 and the fat pockets above my nasolabial folds really bother me. They make me look older and make my cheeks look saggy. I already had 2ml of Juvederm Ultra injected in my anterior cheeks to improve the look of my midface but I really want to get rid of the fat pockets in the nasolabial region. Is it safe to use injection lipolysis in this area (I saw that some plastic surgeons offer it) or is there a better procedure? Thank you!

Kybella has proven to be disappointing in the outcomes. You do have two other options: 1. CoolSculpting (this will remove a little fat each time but it will not tighten the skin), 2. SmartLipo (which will melt the fat and tighten the skin)
