Fat pouch above belly button after lipo - can this be fixed without a full tummy tuck? (Photo)

Had lipo 6 years ago and I’ve had this little fat pouch above my belly button that really bothers me. Is there anything i can do without getting a full tummy tuck to fix this? i understand my skin is lose in this area but i just want it to be flat and it doesn’t matter how much weight i lose it always sticks out a bit.
