Fat pouch above belly button after lipo - can this be fixed without a full tummy tuck? (Photo)

Had lipo 6 years ago and I’ve had this little fat pouch above my belly button that really bothers me. Is there anything i can do without getting a full tummy tuck to fix this? i understand my skin is lose in this area but i just want it to be flat and it doesn’t matter how much weight i lose it always sticks out a bit.

Based on your very nicely posted photos that slide access skin with limited fat, most likely can be best treated with either more liposuction combined with J plasma or the Endo laser, which may need multiple sessions both could be done under local anesthesia or local anesthesia with IV sedation expect fees to range from $4000-$8000.
