Struggling to choose size and profile. Age 40, 230cc vs. 275cc. (photo)

40 yr old I went from a 32D to 32A after my 3 pregnancies. My surgeon says I have some extra skin but good tissue She thinks we can get a good result from implant alone. Measured at 10 cm width and wants to place subfacial above muscle. I’m opting for new motiva line which has limited sizing for width. I’m wondering should I go w/low moderate 230 cc or if I want higher cc 275 she recommends going moderate high profile to maintain width. I to keep slop shape but also get enough fullness/lift
