I had a BBL 1 week ago. 3 days post op I used iced packs for the swelling. I noticed red spots in some of the areas I used the ice packs on. Day 7 I went to the ER and was I had 2nd degree frost bite. I see my plastic surgeon in 4 days but until then I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to prevent damage to my skin. Also most of it is in my inner thighs from my vagina to my knee caps and that skin is extremely tight. Can I put coconut oil on my skin or something else to aid in healing?
