How to heal frost bite from ice packs after Brazilian Butt Lift and liposuction? (Photo)

I am sorry to hear that you having this issue!  Nothing can take the place of a real physical exam in person, but from your photos it does not appear that you have suffered any type of permanent skin damage from the ice packs.  The skin is red, which indicates some mild damage, almost like a sun burn.That being said, STOP putting ANY type of ice pack or cool pack on your buttocks!  This is exactly why I forbid my patients from do this -- frostbite can really happen, and you now see that.  At this point, you just need to let the healing process take place, and neither heat nor cold is really going to make much of a difference.  There really isn't any type of lotion you can use to make a difference.If your skin is tight, I would assume that might be more postop swelling/bruising.  I see some bruising, likely from the areas your surgeon performed liposuction on in order to harvest your fat.The bottom line -- if you are having an issue (such as mild frostbite or extreme swelling) you need to call your Plastic Surgeon and possibly get in to see him or her sooner rather than later.  That is the most important thing right now.  At least call the office and let them know what is happening.  Good luck!
