Permanent fillers for male gynaecomastia crater scar (apart from autologous fat)?

Hi, l've twice tried autologous fat transfer to fill in some pretty deep inkwell scars from gynaecomastia surgery (original op performed several years ago). Asides from further fat transfer operations (which may / may not work), are there any permanent fillers available?

Thank you for your question. Gynecomastia recovery is typically six weeks which during that time you will also be wearing your compression garment. You can return to strenuous activity after 3 weeks. I would advise you to follow up with your surgeon with any further questions.

There has been over resection of some of the breast tissue. Exercise won't help. You need surgery. Good luck.
