Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  Most patients will plateau with Latisse use but typically it more than satisfies their initial desires.  Remember that result duration will depend upon continured use of the product.  Hope this helps.

Yes, you can use Latisse long term, but eventually results may plateau. It may be that a combination is needed. In combination with Latisse, I typically inject and apply topically PRP for a few treatments at the beginning to improve the growth rate of the lashes. Yes, that is correct. Usually after 4-8 months patients have as good of results as they are going to get. However, they can then maintain it as well.
