Latisse is not going to change anything with the anatomy of your eyes, so it will not cause them to become "sunken in". It is recommended to use one brush with each eye and this is to decrease the risk of contamination of one eye to the other in case you have something going on in one eye. Can you one brush? Yes, but if you have an irritation or infection in one it is not recommended.
