I am 14 and I've noticed my eyelids are uneven and and I'd like to know why. I've come up with things like ptosis but I'm not sure and wanted to ask someone to see what's wrong but I'm not sure if it's serious enough or not. I've also noticed that my eyeball location seems to change depending on if I stay up on my phone or not. If I stay up on my phone in the dark, my left eye seems to go higher than the other but if I don't then it looks even. When I was little my eyelids were a bit uneven too.

This issue is very common and basically comes from having a lack of a single dominant attachment from the undersurface of the skin to the levator aponeurosis tendon underneath.  This is very common and roughly 30-40% of my cases are for multiple creases or variable creases that change from day-to-day or monthly.  They're best addressed with incision Asian eyelid surgery.  Often times people start to notice this in their teens or early 20s as the fat content and collagen contents of the eyelids changes.
