Based on your actual photos and the one you want to look like, your best bet is a tummy tuck. No noninvasive skin tightening will do what you want done. 

you need a tummy tuck/body lift, liposuction and internal heating with fat grafting to buttock and hips. Vaser + plasma/renuvion alone will not be enough to get you closer to your goal look.
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. Thank you for your question. I think that if you are aiming for that final photograph, you would probably be better off with a true tummy tuck. I would start by getting help to start a dedicated diet & exercise routine for about 6 months. Then, the extra skin could be physically removed and your core would be tightened. I don't think liposuction plus energy treatment (like Renuvion) would help very much. Best wishes

I would like the first address your wish picture.either that person is unique beyond any body shape I’ve ever examined in my career which is probably well over 20,000 women or much more likely it’s been manipulated or photo shopped.Your underlying musculoskeletal structure is not even close to your wish picture and fat manipulation it will not give you that result.Your bottom is actually fairly substantial in size already. Adding a volume to it may not be to your liking long-term. Consider this is permanent for the rest of your life.Well I’m liposuction will help your torso and love handles substantially. It will help on the front but without a full tummy tuck you will not approach looking anything close to your wish picture.Forget nonsurgical skin tightening like J plasma. The amount of improvement this device gives is microscopic. I own the machine and I have first-hand experience.Don’t worry about the type of liposuction. I get this one a lot.Vaser and J plasma are a great combination for body countouring, and for those who don’t want a Tummy Tuck, who have mild to moderate laxity, you can get good results.If you want to have a flat tummy, however, the only way to get this fully, especially in stretchmark skin, is to do a tummy tuck.A Mini tummy tuck removes the bottom skin only, which may also be a good option.I frequently add Vaser, Renuvion/ jplasma and a tummy tuck in one procedure for an amazing result!Best.
