I had gallbladder surgery a month and a half ago with no complications. My stomach is left poochy, if you will, when prior I had a firm stomach with abs. I also feel my skin is stretched and maybe muscles too due to blowing my stomach up with air in order to remove the gallbladder or worse my mommy tummy tuck and sewn muscles are now damaged/stretched back out. I have a small incision near my belly button where I believe the Emsculpt machine would go. My other incisions wouldn't be impacted.
Answer: Emsculpt There are a few things you would need to have verified before proceeding with Emsculpt after Gallbladder surgery:1) Are there any surgical clips left inside and what metal are they?2) Are all of your incision or Ports sites fully healed? Any chance of a residual hernia could be problematic. Ask your surgeon for his/her input.

Answer: Emsculpt after Gallbladder Surgery Hi there and thanks for your question! As long as you have healed and are 6 weeks after surgery, Emsculpt Neo can be a great treatment for that "mommy tummy". Be sure to arrive well hydrated for treatment, and to drink lots of water after to help flush out the fat!

Answer: EMSculpt EMSculpt defines and sculpts. It does this by utilizing magnetic stimulation to cause muscular super contractions. It would not be an issue as long as you are completely healed and if you don't have any metal plates or implants in those areas. I would still confirm with your doctor to make sure.

Answer: Emsculpt after laparoscopic surgery I would wait at least 6 weeks after any abdominal surgery and longer if you have any pain at any incision site especially the umbilical site. If there is any chance you may have a hernia at an incision site you should not perform Emsculpt until that incision/hernia is repaired. If you have any questions about your incision site I would contact your surgeon.

Answer: It should be Safe for you. Interesting history. I'm surprised the filling your abdomen with during laparoscopic surgery would cause stretching you describe. That being said if your 4-5 week out and have recovered from surgery I'm sure you're ok to continue with EmSculpt. If you are going to do EmSculpt NEO which also heats the area it possible that the incision near your belly button could get too hot. I have treated over a small incision in this way without a problem but your provider needs to keep an eye on that incision during a NEO treatment if you go in that direction.
