I talked to my doctor on the phone today and she explained what she thought was going on. She didn't see me but She said my body is trying to push the sutures out and gave me instruction on how to care for the wound. But, I've been reading other comments about this and many doctors say that the suture needs to be removed in order to heal. My doctor didn't mention anything About removing it. Does it really look like a suture abscess? How can I prevent these wounds? Will it cause worse scarring?

This is fortunately a rare complication associated with breast lifting. Rest sure that over a period of time this will heal and you will be surprised at how good things can look. A subsequent scar revision can get an outcome that will likely be quite satisfactory.I rarely see this problem...
Thank you for your question. It isn't necessarily common to have a breakout after a breast augmentation, I don't think it is due to the implants. It could just be a skin irritation from the surgical bra or something that you are wearing. It shouldn't have anything to do with...
From your photo,it appears that your right breast may need some revision work to help it drop more. The inframammary fold of your right breast needs to be brought a little lower to match the left.Ask your PS about options.
