Is it common to have back chest and shoulder acne after a breast augmentation ?

Recently have had a breakout all over my chest and back and shoulders of acne and I don't know why.. I do have sensitive skin I am prone to acne but never this much on my back and shoulders ? Could it be my immune system being down after surgery? Is this common?

Thank you for your question.  It isn't necessarily common to have a breakout after a breast augmentation, I don't think it is due to the implants.  It could just be a skin irritation from the surgical bra or something that you are wearing.  It shouldn't have anything to do with the implants.
