I am taking Tamoxifen (for approx 2 yrs previously Arimadex for 5 yrs) Is it safe to have CORE CO2 laser skin treatment for wrinkles?

In my opinion, combining TCA cross and CO2 is acceptable. The TCA cross must be performed prior to CO2 laser. However, in my experience multiple sessions of TCA cross are usually necessary to get scars to lift. I would recommend getting the acne scars prepared and level prior to performing the...

Without fail, we use metallic contact lenses on all eyelid laser procedures. They are lubricated with ophthalmic ointment as not to cause any corneal abrasions or irritation.

You can do botox and lasers on the same day, I find that doing the botox prior to co2 is likely going to give you a better result.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Co2 laser doesn't improve blood vessels, if anything it can make it worse if dont too agressively.  You should have the yellow laser, pulsed dye or IPL done at the same time.  Best, Dr. Emer.
