Question

I've had 4 sessions of co2 laser and dermaroller combined in 2014 and 3 sessions of sublative recently, but the skin is still the same. The depressed area is slightly red in colour so it looks really ugly. Is there anything permanent that could be done to improve it or treat it completely?

Yes, a series of lasers and or energy based microneedling can help. You still will require some filler at the end. If you are in the US, Bellafill would be suitable, if not, fillers such as Juvederm can give good results that may last 2-3 years.
