I have wrinkles on my knees and some sagging above the knees, is it worth it to have Infini or Profound Lift? Or Infini on Knees and Profound Lift on the area above the knees? Is using Retin-A on the knees beneficial? Would a thigh lift be an option?

Answer: Knee lift? Profound and Infini are similar technologies except there is less flexibility with depths using Profound. My experience is with Infini and you can see a result in the before and afters. I would temper your enthusiasm for major lifting using these procedures. They do work to some degree. Several Infini treatments are needed, recommend 3 usually. I don't think there is any reason to do both. Choose one technology. Retin A will help the quality of the skin in this area. Surgical intervention will have more dramatic results but more risks and more expense, and leave incisional scars.
