The wrinkles in the knee area is very difficult to treat. Surgery for this area does not work well and scars will be present. Now with newer technologies, this difficult area can be improved. Either the thermi RF or the Infini can produce some nice improvement in this area. One must be realistic about the results. Please consult with your doctor to discuss your options.

Profound and Infini are similar technologies except there is less flexibility with depths using Profound. My experience is with Infini and you can see a result in the before and afters. I would temper your enthusiasm for major lifting using these procedures. They do work to some degree. Several Infini treatments are needed, recommend 3 usually. I don't think there is any reason to do both. Choose one technology. Retin A will help the quality of the skin in this area. Surgical intervention will have more dramatic results but more risks and more expense, and leave incisional scars.
