Can Infini RF be used on the face if you have a dental implant?

The answer is yes with proper precautions. Because Infini is a radio-frequency device it has the ability to interact with metallic structures, such as the core of an implant. Space between the Infini's energy and the implant must be  maintained to prevent discomfort. The skin alone, and the depth of the needle penetration should be enough, but adding another layer of safety such as a piece of gauze will assure that no problems occur.

The infini is directed only to the skin and should have no effects on your dental implants. I would check with your dentist and inform him of this procedure. Placing a gauze between your teethe and gums would also be advisable.

This should be ok. To be extra safe, rolled up gauze can be placed in the mouth during the procedure. The fact that it is bipolar means the energy only travels between the needles, and not deeper in the body. (The worst side of effect of this is heating of the metal very briefly.) The major contraindication is using Infini with a pacemaker - this can't be done.
