Infini RF treatment for acne scars while on antibiotics (Tetralysal 300 mg)?

My dermatologist has just prescribed Tetralysal 300 mg for treatment of my active acne. I am also applying tretinoin 0.1% every night. I'm interested in the Infini RF treatment for acne scars, but I'm wondering if I can undergo this treatment while on antibiotics. Should I finish the 1-month course before I consider Infini RF, or can I do this concurrently while on antibiotics?
