4 days post CO2 laser, red seemingly blood filled pimple?

While I was sleeping I rolled on my right side. I had put a clean towel down to be safe and I woke to some scabs that had come off and a weird red pimple. Should I worry if it doesn't go away in the next day or two or is this something relatively common? Maybe because the area had dried out or the friction from my face rubbing?
