What’s wrong with my mouth/nose area and what do you think would fix this issue? (Photos)

I have been bothered by the area that I’ve circled in the photos for a while. I'm not sure how to classify this unevenness. I have never had braces before, and I wonder if it’s the lack of projection from my front teeth? What do you doctors think would fix this issue and help me achieve a more balanced frontal mouth/nose area.

Performing a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty will not create ENS. Removing excessive middle turbinate or inferior turbinate tissue can certainly lead to ENS. Best to have a frank discussion with your operative surgeon about avoiding turbinate surgery
