What’s the most permanent way to fix my uneven jaw/chin—would I need jaw surgery, genioplasty, or bone contouring? (Photos)

I’m a 28-year-old male with long-standing lower-face asymmetry. My left mandibular/chin area appears lower than the right, and the right jawline is more defined. The imbalance is most obvious in photos taken from below my face level. I have no known health issues. I’d like to understand my options for improving symmetry—specifically whether asymmetric bony contouring (burring/shaving) of the left jaw/chin is possible, and what other surgical or non-surgical approaches might be appropriate.
