The attached photo shows the results of a revision rhinoplasty. The original open surgery was to reduce a large round nose and remove a bump. My original nose was symmetrical, but the result was crooked, leaning to my left. The revision did not solve the problem -- the columella still does not line up with the indent above my lip, and the entire tip leans to the left. It's been 11 months since the revision. Would a steroid injection to the left side, where the tip is leaning/drooping, help?
