Should I be worried about severe headaches while on 60mg Accutane daily?

I am on my 5-6th month of Accutane now and have struggled with headaches since the start. Recently, I have had a severe pressure like headache that sends me close to being sick. I would almost put it down to a migraine, but since I don’t suffer from them usually I wouldn’t know. Could this headache be from my Accutane and if so, could it be serious?

yes you should worry. Stop the accutane. As long as headaches go away i would not worry.If u need more Accutane restart at lower dose

Severe headaches while on accutane should be addressed with your doctor. Pseudotumor cerebri can cause headache and be connected with accutane use but I doubt that you would be waking around with that for 5 months. Either way, you need to discuss this with your doctor.
