Will rubbing my nose constantly and pulling at it make my nose bigger?

Question

I have a habit of rubbing my nose in an upward fasion constantly and lately I've noticed my nostrils have gotten bigger as has the bulb at the end of my nose. Is this a possibility?

I know of no scientific studies which address this issue.  I suppose it is possible that you could weaken the ligaments in your nose, but I have no proof.
