I have 1 implant and 3 crowns. And I hate the gum line on the crowns, I feel it looks so fake. I want to replace them but I want to make sure I explain what I want, as to not have to do this again. I also think they are bulky.I went for a consult and the guy said what I have is actually a good job. And to not mess with it. I want them to be less masculine and appear as they are real especially at the gum line.

The result is a good result for address 4 teeth, they fit natural together, but i think what you are seeing is the 4 teeth dominant relative to the rest of your smile. It seems you are very narrow and constricted in the upper arch and your canines or "i teeth) are suppose to be dominant they are too long and not protrusive enough and the premolars behind it are not existent in your smile. A full smile makeover with addressing the existing teeth would give you more the result you are looking for. That is how i would have approached this case

First we must evaluate the position of the implant with an x-ray, it is important to know what type of material was placed in the crowns to know why the gums look that way, it is important in these cases to use aesthetic materials (metal-free) to obtain a better dental and gingival aesthetics.
