Is a round Face to able to achieve a V-shape face?

I have always HATED my round face shape, I always wanted a V shape face like Tyra banks or Victoria secret models. Is this possible to achieve with a Round face? Would I get cheek implants Or would I get a chin augmentation.

Thank you for asking about your aching ear after your face lift.Yes, a face lift can cause swelling around the ear that causes an ear ache.The strange swelling around that ear suggests this is the cause.It should be improving by now however.See your plastic surgeon to be sure the 'swelling'...

I personally don't think it's a good idea to massage entry postoperative wound healing with massage or ultrasound. Nevertheless, over time all of this should subside.
