Is ripping, tearing, burning pain normal following lipo?

I had my inner thighs and flanks liposuctioned 3 days ago? I am very sore, but I have severe burning/ searing, ripping or tearing pain on my left flank. It feels like something is ripping inside my flank when I move. Again, extremely painful! Thayer is no drainage. No incisions in the 6 inch area that is very painful.
