First Botox injection for 11s between eyes, forehead, browlift. 3 weeks in I get muscle spasm above brow. Is this common?(photo)

Hi Byias.  The muscle shown in the second photo should have been injected with the first visit.  If it's still active (as it appears), you should go back and request a touchup as it should not be able to contract like this.  Best of luck.

I don't know how common it is but over the years a few patients had similar concerns. I found that there was a muscle that was not completely placid and still had some nerve input. I treated it b injecting a few more units specifically into that muscle and the situation resolved.
