I'm a 33yo white male, no skin problems, no one in the family with any skin problems. In the last 3-4 months I started to notice a bunch of small moles that appeared all over my body. The size of a dot. All same color. 14 just on left arm, others on torso, back, thighs etc. What can I do ? What could be the cause?? I'm not a drinker, smoker, never did drugs etc. I eat mostly healthy. I work indoors a lot. Could lack of vitamin D do this ?? Any help would be appreciated.
