Treatment that could remove all mole and freckles/brown spots without having to cut each one out?

Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. Thank you for your question. Lasers and topical therapy work well to treat freckles, but I do not recommend laser therapy to remove any moles. If there are abnormal cells within moles and they are removed with lasers, then abnormal moles will be missed and the potential of skin cancers increase. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist to have your skin and spots evaluated and to discuss appropriate treatment options. Take care and good luck.
