Hello everyone. I had a gynecomastia surgery 6 months ago. Just gland excision with no liposuction. I have had gynecomastia since i was 12 years old and decided to remove it at 23 for aesthetic reasons. The surgery was done under local anesthesia and went very well. The healing process went very well so far. I will be working as a lifeguard for 4 months which means prolonged sun exposure. Should i worry about the sun or just enjoy it care free? Photos of the results after 6 months below.
