What would be the best way fo correct my low radix? (Photo)

I have a very low radix and because of that my nose doesn't look feminine at all. What would be the best way yo correct it? Is hyaluronic acid a solution or do I need a surgical rhinoplasty?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, I recommend a surgical rhinoplasty with radix augmentation using diced cartilage wrapped in facsia.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.

Hi and welcome to our forum!
From your lateral view photograph, I note a tip droop, a high supratip, a moderate dorsal line hump, and a high bridge.
I would recommend rhinoplasty to correct these issues.
You could try hyaluronic acid filler to see if you like the "look" as it dissipates totally within 6 months.. I don't think you will.

Hello,
I think a HA filler to begin with is simple and cheep and will show you if this good for you.It will disappear in 6 months time.
If you like your look go to a PS to fix it surgically.
