I have a upper front tooth which lost most of the bone, even the tooth is still there, but it is a bit loose now since no bone holding it. I had two consultantions with two surgeons. The first surgeon told me he will use a long implant (unknown brand) , and screw it up to my nasal jawbone, and then put up the biocompatible material + membrane at the same time, and then will put a temporary front tooth directly above the implant, I asked for Strauman but he told me the brand is not important.
