It’s hard to displace a graft after that many years but without photos can’t know for sure. If you’re that worried go back to see your doctor. If there is a problem just have it removed. I’ve removed far more than I’ve put in and never regretted removing it.

Without more information, it is difficult to come to any conclusions. The tip may be harder and larger because you are still recovering from surgery. I encourage my patients to not make any judgements about their nose until at least one year after surgery to allow all the swelling to go away...
