What can fix my uneven skin texture? (photos)

Question

I'm 25f and need advice on what procedure can help with this uneven skin texture section on my right cheek. I also have a groove on my right cheek, in the malar area. I feel like my cheek looks like it's caving in. I wanted to see if laser skin resurfacing can help with the texture and help tighten my skin? I was also told by a medical spa that filler can help add volume to my midface and add lift, however I don't really want filler and want something with more longevity.

Good Morning! There are options aside from filler. Fat transfer from around your belly button is a great option for filling volume. We can process the fat into small parts which contain stem cells and growth factors ideal for healing. Resurfacing such as Morpheus8 is a good option as well. This helps to tone collagen via RF microneedling. CO2 resurfacing may be a bit aggressive off-the-bat. Hope this helps you.

Fractional CO2 laser is an excellent tool for skin rejuvenation in our center in Santa Monica. We use the fractional multi-depth ablative approach to help resurface the skin, recontour acne scars, improve incisional plastic surgery scars, and reduce surface irregularities from skin tone to dark pigmentation. Our approach utilizes a multi-depth approach that targets melanocytes in the epidermis and collagen fibroblasts in the dermis. This approach can be combined with a TCA Peel in a process known as a sapphire peel. Fractional laser is excellent for acne scars and contour scars in the skin. Patients are advised to undergo skin protocols with Melarase creams before and after treatment to help reduce pigmentation. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. After the laser, we expect redness for a few weeks as the skin improves. PRP and Hydrafacial enzyme facials can further improve skin quality after fractional co2.

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
