Shortness of breath after breast reduction? If drains are placed, will this help with swelling?

I have very large breast I am also quite small in frame. I'm 5'2 142lbs. #1 complaint is I can't work out the way I want to without getting short of breath and breast are sore from jumping around. I'm a 30G looking to go to a 34B what do you guy's think? Also will there be chest pain after or breast pain? If I don't want a tight bandage just a light bra is that possible? Tons of questions who's up to the challenge?

A breast reduction will certainly help you with your pain and soreness. Post surgery, your chest will be in some pain while you heal. And although your surgeon may require you to wear a support bra for the first 4 weeks, you can then wear whatever you'd like. Best, Dr. Nazarian

1. Going from a G to a B-cup is a significant change.  We have no idea about your body frame or your desires, so telling you what we think won't help you very much.2. There shouldn't be chest pain.  You will definitely know that your breasts were operated on though and good support will help you out tremendously.3. See answer to #2- wear a post-operative bra.
