Will purse string lift aid in removing old tattoo? (photos)

I have an old tattoo on breast that I would like gone when going through breast fat transfer. I have decided that after going through other Lazer removal for other tattoo's and my breast tattoo being so small I could have the tattoo surgically removed before going through procedure. Because of of the location of tattoo I'm thinking a push string may be the solve in having it gone, but if not what do you recommend when it comes to surgically removing it. Before or after frat transfer procedure.
