What are these hard, raised bumps under skin on chin area and can they be removed? (Photo)

I have hard, raised bumps on my chin and notice that they are also on other parts of my face. I had terrible acne into my early 30s and ended up doing acutane which was a miracle drug for my skin. I feel that they are more noticeable as I have gotten older. 51 year old female with fair skin.
