30 year old with lower face aging signs. What can I do for Marionette lines? I also had lipo under chin 10 years ago that has caused lose skin.
Answer: Recommend doing morpheus8 to tighten loose skin under the chin Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

There are a number of methods that can be used to tackle your issues.But please be under no illusions they are very difficult to solve in a way that makes you look completely natural.I have spent the last 2 days with the best injector in the world. There are some clever methods that can be used to dramatically improve your looks just with Voluma but it does need an expert and a decent budget.If it is all down to weight loss then volume repletion in a clever way can be used to improve things along with FaceTite.Speaking as an expert in that field I would say one has to be careful to combine it appropriately with fillers and this is my approach.Unfortunately though because FaceTite is so new in the USA there is unlikely to be anyone local to you who could take this on.Kind Regards and Best Wishes Dr Dinesh Maini Zenith Cosmetic Clinics Nottingham, Harley St London
