 The buttocks should not be massaged after a BBL.  There is no scientific evidence that massage has any positive impact on liposuction results. Liposuction results are the term and by how the procedure is performed. This is an most part a direct reflection of who does the procedure. At 9 months, the fat has settled and would not benefit from massages. But based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a BBL revision procedure with massages immediately following.The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique.
