Can subcision be performed after Bellafil and Alloderm?

Question

I am 39 f , weight 150 and height 5'7". Can subcision be performed after Bellafil and Alloderm? I have had Bellafil and Alloderm on my chin and a subcision was not performed before fillers and Alloderm and my scar is still indented. Can a subcision be done despite the fillers and Alloderm?

Subs scission alone often does not give impressive results for contractile scar tissue such as the treatment for Icepick acne scars. Releasing the scar tissue may give short-term results but often more scar tissue forms and contracts back again. Releasing scar tissue is better done in conjunction with volume augmentation at the same time. If you have foreign bodies like all odor, there is always a risk of it becoming contaminated. With good sterile technique the chance is relatively low, but there’s always risk with any surgical procedure. More than anything else is making sure you’re in the hands of the most talented providers, and have a clear understanding of what procedures can and cannot accomplish. Dealing with scar tissue related contour irregularities can be very challenging. 
Simplistic solutions often lead to disappointment.
