Restylane Defyne won't dissolve. Is there another product that can work to dissolve this?

I had Restylane Defyne injected into nasolabial folds a few months ago and have hyaluronidaise injected several times since then. At first it looks better but within a couple of days the area around my nose is firm and full again, where I can feel the product. It doesn't seem to dissolve. Wondering if there is another product that can work to dissolve this.

I usually wait a few days for the Hylenex to take effect and for any residual swelling to subside. Hylenex is safe and effective. I usually massage the area with a ceramide cream like Elevase after injection. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

You must try to find out from the person who treated you which filler was used. There are permanent fillers, such as Artefil and silicone, which are especially difficult to treat because they are foreign substances that have no known enzyme to dissolve them. This is precisely why I do not use...
