Restylane Defyne won't dissolve. Is there another product that can work to dissolve this?

I had Restylane Defyne injected into nasolabial folds a few months ago and have hyaluronidaise injected several times since then. At first it looks better but within a couple of days the area around my nose is firm and full again, where I can feel the product. It doesn't seem to dissolve. Wondering if there is another product that can work to dissolve this.

For HA filler complications, hyaluronidase  is the first-line treatment of choice. But, to be effective, it the proper concentration and amount must be used to match the characteristics of the particular HA filler used. If this has been done properly, but without the desired effect, then other intralesional anti-inflammatory agents may be used, either alone or in combination--and in varying concentrations and amounts--along with the hyaluronidase, or in place of it, in order to achieve the desired improvement. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Best of luck.
