Excess filler - can it be dissolved?

Hello is there someone who can see past my age and help me. I’ve had roughly 25 ml cheek filler, naso fold etc dissolved. I still have filler particles left that I want scraped out and a cheek lift. I have serious facial damage now and had to have a fat graft and lower bleph to compensate for the aggressive dissolve that left damage. Is it possible to pull tissues and fat pads back in place naturally after that much filler. It was a lot. I am 27 and can not deal with this anymore. I am in FL
