Motiva Preserve- BWD 13.5 - mini, Demi or full? Which will give more upper pole and increased cup size? (Photos)

Hello, I am planning to do Motiva preserve surgery. My current size is 34 B, BWD standard 13.5, nipple distance 19 cm, 172 cm and 60 kg. I consulted with few PS but all of them told me I can choose which projection I prefer. Since my BWD is quite big (I guess?) which of these would give me bigger upper pole and size up 1-2 cups?
