Can I have a very subtle isolated columella reduction without changing the rest of my nose? (Photos)

I’m considering a very subtle surgical refinement to my nose and would really appreciate opinions from surgeons who have experience with columellar reduction/hanging columella correction. I actually like my nose overall and don't want a traditional rhinoplasty. I’m happy with my bridge, tip projection, nostril shape and the slight fullness/character at the end of my nose. The only thing I would like to change is the small amount of tissue/columella that hangs down between my nostrils. From the side, it makes the bottom of my nose look slightly longer than I would ideally like. I have edited one of my photos to show the very small amount of reduction I am hoping for. I do not want my bridge reduced or narrowed, my tip rotated, my tip made smaller, or my nostrils changed. I want to retain the natural character of my nose and essentially just bring the lowest part of the columella up very slightly. I’m wondering whether this could be treated as an isolated columelloplasty/columellar reduction, rather than a full rhinoplasty I’m also quite nervous about surgery, so if this is suitable for an isolated procedure, I’d be interested in whether it could be performed under local anaesthetic, ideally with sedation, rather than general anaesthesia.
