Do Sientra Silicone Gel Breast implants come in large sizes (700-800cc) range?

Hi Ashley,Yes some of the Sientra lines go up to 700.  We have put in over 6,000 implants over the past 14 years and our AVERAGE size was 350.  So it would be unusual to go so big.  If you want, you can look on the web reference below for all of their styles and sizing charts!  Sientra only sells to BC plastic surgeons (by ABPS - The
American Board of Plastic Surgery) who are members of ASAPS (The
American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and or a member of ASPS (The
American Society of Plastic Surgeons). Recently approved by the
FDA, Sientra silicone shaped implants are now available for use in the United States.
These implants have been used extensively in Europe and South
America. They provide a nice "tear-drop" shape for women
who want a very natural and "athletic" look. Also Sientra is the only implant company who has a warrantee (C3
Program) if you develop a capsule after receiving their textured
implants. They have a special process which makes the texture.

Sientra implants come in a large number of shapes,
projections and sizes.Currently the
largest available Sientra implant is 700cc’s.It’s
unusual for breast augmentation patients to want implants larger than
700cc’s.For this reason, form stable
cohesive gel implants are available to the majority of prospective breast
augmentation patients.When patients do
require larger implants both Allergan and Mentor offer 800cc silicone implants.If
you’re considering breast augmentation with larger implants it’s important to
consult a board certified surgeon.This
surgeon should be able to formulate a treatment plan that addresses your
concerns.

Both Mentor and Allergan make 800cc silicone gel implants, and saline implants that can be filled to larger than 800cc.FDA approval is lacking for larger implant sizes because of the (relatively) lower numbers of patients requesting them and the sheer expense of "proving" their safety despite having done that for the smaller existing sizes.I hope this helps answer your question! Hi Ashley. Sientra makes many models of implant that go up to 695 or 700 cc. These include the smooth round in moderate and high projections; the textured round in moderate and low projections; and the textured shaped oval base in moderate projection. The maximum volume on the remaining models ranges from 425 to 565 cc. However, the volume in ccs doesn't necessarily correlate to what your final result will look like. There are many other factors such as the base dimensions and the shape of the implant that affect the look of your results. In any case, it sounds like you are looking for the very largest implants available in the U.S. (700 to 800 cc). Depending on your physical characteristics, these implants can really put a strain on the tissues that surround and support them, and they come with an increased risk of complications. Women who do choose "super sized" implants often have to undergo surgery in several stages in order for their bodies to adjust. The tissues often simply will not stretch enough all at once to accommodate the implant. Seek the help of a board-certified plastic surgeon who can help you determine what size and shape of implant will create the look you want without undue risks. Good luck!

Sientra volume options are slightly less than the other manufacturers - with round implants reaching 700ccs and the shaped, anatomic form stable implants only currently available up to 450ccs. In the plastic surgery world, we acknowledge that the larger the implant, the more stress in places on the soft tissue envelope of your breast, and the subsequent form of the breast with the physics of tissue stress and stretch. I think in trying to optimize results for patients, Sientra has tried to optimize volumes and overall long term breast aesthetics. While shaped implants come in lower volumes, the amount of projection in the nipple areolar region are similar to round implants of 30-40% greater volume and weight - thereby yielding more breast in the right dimensions with less volume and better overall longterm shape. 

In the US, Sientra doesn't have anything in their catalog larger than 700 cc.  The exact size depends on the implant model selected, some max out at 695 cc.  You can check their online catalog out, if you wish - it's at the sientra website.All the best,

Thank you for your question.Yes, there are several shapes and sizes of Sientra Breast Implants that come in sizes of 695cc and 700cc.At this time, these implants do not come in 750cc or 800cc.I hope this helps.

The textured moderate round has the greatest amount of options for size including a 700cc.  With that said the tear dropped shaped implants have up approximately the same volume but only in the textured moderate shaped oval base gel.

Sientra implants come in a wide variety of implant sizes depending on the type of implant chosen. If you are going with a smooth round silicone moderate projection, the largest size is 700, a smooth round high projection, the largest would be 695, the largest implant in a textured round Sientra implant would be a 700 as well. They do come in 700-800cc but they have to be ordered. They are not usually available as  ordinary stock.
