However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. can develop.  At this juncture, its best to focus on healing and following your surgeon's instructions to get the best outcome possible and if the flatness persists, there are some easy fixes, depending on what the cause is to be determined.  Certainly let your surgeon know of your concerns and let your surgeon do the worrying for you since your surgeon should want the best outcome possible for you.

Hi and thank you for the question. Without seeing preop photos and both breasts it is a bit difficult to give you a great opinion. From the photo you provided your early result is not unreasonable. And early is the key. Your breasts are going to change for the next 3-12 months as the implants settle and your skin relaxes. Make sure you follow up as suggested by your plastic surgeon to make sure that your results mature as expected.

Looks like your left implant maybe positioned slightly superior; you should try to aggressively push the implant back down into the preferred pocket especially in the early period. Use of a breast band is highly encouraged.
