Is flat side boob normal? I had a breast reduction over 16 yrs ago, I don’t know if hat has anything do to with it. My right boob is coming along just great, it’s dropling and settling. But my left is annoying me. I am 1 month post op

At this juncture, its best to focus on healing and following your surgeon's instructions to get the best outcome possible and if the flatness persists, there are some easy fixes, depending on what the cause is to be determined. From the photo you provided your early result is not unreasonable. And early is the key. Your breasts are going to change for the next 3-12 months as the implants settle and your skin relaxes. Make sure you follow up as suggested by your plastic surgeon to make sure that your results mature as expected.

Answer: Superior implant malposition Looks like your left implant maybe positioned slightly superior; you should try to aggressively push the implant back down into the preferred pocket especially in the early period. Use of a breast band is highly encouraged.
