6 months post surgery, I am unhappy with my results and left with large keloid scars. What is your advice?

I had mastopexy in April 2018. I was 32E however over time my breasts lost its natural volume. At my consultation I advised I wanted larger even shaped breasts and I opted for Mastopexy as advised by my surgeon with 410cc. At my 3 month consultation I advised I am the same size as before and have also been left with large keliod scars. I have been advised to use bio oil for the scarring and I cannot go bigger unless I pay the full price again as size of implant is not covered in my revision fee!

For scars, I close all of my incisions in 5 layers and do not use absorbable sutures because they cause inflammation and worse scarring. I tape all of my incisions in the office visits once a week for six weeks after surgery to improve the appearance. After taping, I start my patients on a scar gel therapy for 3 months that they have to put on their incisions twice daily.
  
I understand you are concerned with the appearance of your scars. As your scars heal, it should flatten out. Always follow your surgeon's post operative care instructions when it comes to scar management to avoid any complications like infection and for faster healing and recovery.
  
If you are concerned, you should visit your plastic surgeon for assessment. and to discuss your concerns, as different surgeons have different approaches in scar management.

I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discuss treatment for your scarring. You might need Kenalog injections and topical products for scarring like Mederma. if your surgeon does not treat keloids, find someone who does.
